Now that you have your blogged set up. It is time to start blogging!

Ok, we are back on the main Blog Page. Remember to get here you click on BLOGS link that is on the main menu bar. The BLUE Arrow is pointing to this. Now that you have a blog the RED Arrow is pointing to Blog Control Panel. If you remember on the last page this said "Want Your Own Blog?". The BLACK Arrow is pointing to an actual blog. If you were to click the link "U_Profit's Blog", you would be taken to her blog page.

Scroll down this page to see your Blog Control Panel

Below is the page you will see after clicking the Blog Control Panel link. If at any time you want to delete your blog, you can click the Delete button which the RED Arrow is pointing to. If you wan to modify your blog settings that you set up previously, click the name of your blog which the BLUE Arrow is pointing to. When you are ready to start blogging, click the name of your blog that the BLACK Arrow is pointing to, and scroll down to see your next step.

After clicking on your blog name, you will see a page like this. Since you have not wrote anything in your blog yet, it will say There are no articles to display in this blog. Later when you have written in your blog, it will list all of your posts. As you can see the BLACK Arrow is pointing to your blog name. If you want to return back to the previous page, click Blog Control Panel which the BLUE Arrow is pointing to. To start your blog click New Article which the RED Arrow is pointing to. Scroll down this page to see the next step.

The picture below should look familiar to you. It is almost exactly the same as the page you see when you start a new topic in the regular forum. And you thought blogging was going to be hard! As you can see, the GREEN Arrow is pointing to the Subject which is where you will want to put what your article that you are posting to your blog will be about. The only difference between a regular post and a blog post is a blog post allows you to use Tags. This is the area that the BLACK Arrow is pointing to. Tags are ways for people to find your blog. They are similar to keywords. For instance if you were going to write an article on How To Grow A Rose, you might use tags like: Rose, Growing A Rose, Planting A Rose, Rose Garden etc. Just make sure the words you use in the Tags section are words that you plan on putting in your post. To write your article that will go on your blog, type it in the area that the BLUE Arrow is pointing to. Again when you are done you can preview your post by clicking the Preview button that the RED Arrow is pointing to. It is right beside the Post button that you will click on when you are happy with your finished post. Again all of the icons can be used in your blog posts. Also if you click on Additional Options, you will be able to be notified when someone leaves a comment on your blog and a few other things.

Congratulations! You have finished the guide and should now have the knowledge to use a forum. Since you know how to post, any questions you have in the future can be posted on the forum. This is what the forum is for, so at no time should you be worried that your question is stupid. Besides, there are probably others that would like to know the same thing that you are going to ask about and they may thank you for asking first.

Forums are one of the best free advertising methods online. Now that you know how to use them, take action. Don't just read the posts, participate. This is the reason you read the guide right? You should already have your signature set up, so every time someone reads a post you make you may get a click on the link in your signature.

I hope you enjoyed this guide and I look forward to meeting you in the forum.
